What happens when you mix a person with fascination for comfort, a sports technologist and a sloper addict?
“Power Line” is the answer.
We’re especially excited to present the collaboration between Emil Abrahamsson, Cordelia Mangia Jansson and Mister bluepill Joseph Hoffmann. Born from a shared vision and a lot of heart, the Power Line emerged – juicy macros, aesthetic lines, and a triangle inspired design define this line.
The intention was to create a set with plenty of decent holds, with a focus on a powerful, slopy line that blends oldschool climbing style with the modern aesthetics you often find in gyms. The result: 80 holds and 7 dual-texture macros.
The shapes? Triangle-based, minimalist and super versatile – with plenty of very slopy holds for slabs or vertical sections, but also jugs with a little bit of an incut. The triangle is the basic shape that runs through the entire series, though the angles will vary. These holds were designed with a specific goal in mind: to get the person thinking, not just pulling.
A brand-new special feature is the visual line found in all macros and holds – it not only adds a unique touch but is also inspired by water-polished granite from Brione. They combine perfectly with other Bluepill lines and bring a fresh flow to any wall.
